Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one patient care in the Newton, Chestnut Hill, Brookline, and Brighton areas. Our team is dedicated to providing high-quality, cost-effective care that supports our patients when and where they need it.

Responsibilities

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for:

  • Evaluating patient care needs related to functional status/mobility, endurance/stamina, pain, and other medical conditions.
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans to improve and enhance patient well-being.
  • Observing and reporting patient response to treatment and any changes in condition to the supervising nurse and/or physician.
  • Treating patients to relieve pain, develop and restore function, and/or maintain maximum functioning.
  • Instructing and informing participating members of the healthcare team, the patient, and family/caregivers regarding the plan of care, functional limitations, and progress toward goals.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of MA.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • A current driver's license and vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable transportation.
