Maintain Project Efficiency

As a key member of our team at gpac, the successful MEP/HVAC Project Engineer will be responsible for maintaining project drawings, procurement, RFI, and submittal logs. This role requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities.

The ideal candidate will assist project managers with pricing materials and change orders estimates, compose RFIs to improve project profitability, collect and review time, material, and work orders, and review outstanding change orders. Additionally, this position involves working closely with subcontractors and assisting foremen with schedule building, daily communication, and procuring materials and equipment.

We are seeking an individual with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel. Experience with Bluebeam, Adobe editing, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project is a plus. A strong work ethic and good communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Salary Information: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
