The Inline Group is seeking a highly skilled Physician Assistant to join our team in California. Compensation: $131,040 - $170,352 per year based on experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as a PA and hold current BLS and DEA certification. Additionally, bilingual skills in English and Russian, Farsi, Pashto/Pushto, or Spanish are preferred. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a company-funded Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) to help pay for out-of-pocket costs related to medical coverage.

About the Job: As a Physician Assistant with The Inline Group, you will work closely with our healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting physical exams, diagnosing and treating illnesses, and developing treatment plans. You will also have the opportunity to participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on the latest medical advancements.

Certifications and Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physician Assistant and hold current BLS and DEA certification.
