About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Worker to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily maintenance tasks, including filtering oil fryers and cleaning equipment.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant's interior and exterior, including windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash compactors.
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Physical ability to lift and move equipment and supplies.
