Job Title: Solution Architect, OTC-PTP-Procurement

First Quality Enterprises is seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing technical solutions that drive business transformation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business processes and software configurations related to Order to Cash, Plan to Produce, and Procurement applications.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with functional teams and their respective Centers of Excellence.
  • Establish 3-year strategic functional roadmaps aligned with business strategy and requirements.
  • Develop supporting 3-year strategic technical roadmaps and introduce innovation and automation into solutions architecture.
  • Develop Reference Architecture Documents for functions and business processes in scope.
  • Establish High-Level Designs for new business processes and projects, including architectural diagrams, data flow diagrams, reference wireframes, security architecture, and infrastructure architecture.
  • Provide direction on execution strategy, including sequencing based on functional and technical dependencies.
  • Develop Functional Specifications and Testing Plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to develop program and project plans.
  • Ensure solutions are architected with BCP and DR objectives.
  • Develop Implementation Guidelines and Build/Development Standards.
  • Ensure proposed projects have properly vetted business cases and are aligned with the 3-Year Strategic Roadmap.
  • Create user training strategy and provide post-project hypercare support.
  • Collaborate with Sourcing and Vendor Management for assigned business processes.
  • Develop Service Strategy and Service Design plans for newly created IT services.
  • Provide Level 4 support as required.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of IT experience supporting functions business processes in scope, including SAP, Qlik, Ariba, and APO/IBP.
  • 10+ years of Solution Architecture experience designing enterprise-level solutions from process, technology, people, and data perspectives.
  • 5+ years of Solution Architecture experience designing solutions within established Enterprise Architectural guidelines and principles.
  • 10+ years of experience designing new IT business services.
  • 5+ years of Solution Engineering experience building solutions under direction of established and accepted solution high-level and architectural designs.
  • 3+ years of Project Management experience or exposure.
  • 3+ years of CPG Manufacturing experience.
  • 5+ years of Business Process Design experience.
  • 5+ years of assigned technology stack experience, including SAP (ECC 6.0, APO, EWM, TM, IBP, Ariba), Qlik.
  • 5+ years of Enterprise-Level Integration capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build, develop, and maintain solid relationships, both internally and externally, and partners cross-functionally on a regular basis.
  • Genuine collaborator and team player with solid judgment and integrity.
  • Strategic mindset.
  • Excellent Change Management and Communications capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, dynamic, and fluid environment while delivering results.
  • Comfortable with agility, with the ability to handle ambiguity and pivot strategy due to changing dynamics internally and externally.
  • Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience).
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
  • Effective communication skills, verbal and written, including the ability to present comfortably to management.
  • Strong work ethic and elevated level of integrity.
  • Ability to effectively plan and manage multiple projects, tasks, and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Proficient at building and maintaining relationships.
  • High level of organizational skills and be detail-oriented.
  • Problem-solving skills.
