About the Role

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist to work with patients in our senior living facilities. Your primary responsibility will be to assess patients' rehabilitation potential, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide high-quality care to help them achieve their goals.

The ideal candidate will have current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice, as well as CPR certification. A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license are also required. We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients to determine rehabilitation potential and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patients' needs
  • Provide safe and effective physical therapy treatments, including transfers, positioning, feeding, and splinting
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including equipment logs and D/C summaries
