At Indiana University Health, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our ISR Financial Services team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in supporting prudent financial management through data analysis, interpretation, reporting, and modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly and/or ad hoc reporting, preparing pro formas based on historical, comparative, and projection data.
  • Provide accurate analysis to support outcome and impact-based decision making.
  • Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets with a high degree of accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
  • 2+ years of relevant financial and operational analysis experience.
  • Analytical experience working with complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products/applications, with strong Microsoft Excel experience required.
