About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Home Health Physical Therapist to join our team at BAYADA Home Health Care. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated professional to provide high-quality rehabilitative care to clients in their homes.

As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will have the opportunity to work independently and make a significant impact on the lives of our clients. You will be responsible for performing home visits, developing individualized care plans, and providing manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions to promote client independence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct home visits to assess client needs and develop personalized care plans
  • Perform diagnostic tests and measurements to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans to address client goals and objectives
  • Provide education and instruction to clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful as a Home Health Physical Therapist with BAYADA Home Health Care, you must possess a current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license and a minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist. You should also have strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as solid computer skills and prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR).

Estimated Salary Range

$63,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We believe in paying our team members competitively and offering opportunities for growth and development.
