Job Title: Hub Driver

At Hibbett Retail, Inc., we are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Hub Driver to join our team. As a Hub Driver, you will be responsible for transporting merchandise between Hibbett or City Gear locations, ensuring that all boxes are delivered safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to delivery schedules and complete shipment logs at every location
  • Load, secure, and protect product in delivery vehicle and safely transport merchandise
  • Document all vehicle movement on daily route sheets and offload merchandise in a secure and safe manner
  • Maintain routine vehicle inspections and service to ensure proper working condition of vehicle
  • Adhere to state and federal break requirements and protect company assets and financial information
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • 3 years of experience driving
  • Positive customer service skills and ability to communicate verbally and in writing
  • Attention to detail, time management, and ability to multi-task
  • Ability to lift 30 pounds and pass a background check
