Position Overview:

HindlePower is on the lookout for a skilled Mechanical Project Engineer to enhance our engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:
Your main duty will be to spearhead our mechanical engineering initiatives across our diverse product range.

Collaborate with external experts to ensure our equipment meets seismic certification standards.

  • Perform Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on component assemblies.
  • Oversee and optimize workflows within our drafting team.
  • Design thermal dissipation solutions for power electronics through strategic component placement and heatsinking.
  • Create designs for component assemblies aimed at automation.
  • Generate assembly drawings for production.
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an Engineering field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Background in a manufacturing environment is essential.
  • Proficient in SolidWorks or equivalent software.
  • Experience in designing sheet metal enclosures.
  • Conduct thermal assessments of electrical and mechanical assemblies.
  • Knowledge of thermodynamic insulation systems is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with power electronic systems.
  • Ability to interpret electrical schematics.
