  • Administer medications under the direction of a nurse and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with feeding and ambulation, as needed

  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to ensure the highest level of care for our clients
  • Adhere to all facility policies and procedures and maintain patient confidentiality at all times
Requirements:
  • Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Florida
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing home or long-term care facility
  • Basic knowledge of nursing principles and protocols
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays, as needed
