Key Responsibilities:
As a Dermatopathologist at Staff Icons, you will be responsible for delivering accurate diagnoses of specimens, from both glass slide and digital formats. You will provide microscopic dictations and, at times, gross evaluations when appropriate. Additionally, you will be available for physicians and staff to discuss specimen handling, diagnosis, and management as needed. Effective communication with all levels of management, co-workers, and clients is crucial to provide quality medical care and customer service.

Requirements:
A Doctor of Medicine (M.D. /D.O.) with completion of residency training in either dermatology or pathology is required. You must be eligible for an unrestricted Minnesota medical license and be Board Certified in Anatomic Pathology and/or Dermatology. A minimum of 1-4 years' experience, including fellowship training, is preferred. Dermatopathology fellowship training is required with Board Certification/Eligibility. Excellent communication skills are a priority, and a strong customer focus and understanding of laboratory operations are essential for success in this role.
