Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Home Health Contract

Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team for a home health contract in Canton, Ohio.

Job Details:
  • Contract Type: 13-week home health contract
  • Shift: 8 hours, days
  • Hours per Week: 40 hours
  • Pay Package: $2,040 - $2,206 per week (tax-free stipend amount to be determined)

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about providing high-quality care to patients in their homes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist program
  • Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in Ohio
  • CPR Certified or ability to obtain
  • Previous experience with Computer Charting
  • 6 months of previous Home Health Care experience
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License and reliable transportation
