As a Culinary Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the kitchen food service and working with an amazing team of culinary professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the kitchen food service and oversee the activities of our culinary staff.
- Ensure that all meals are prepared to the highest quality standards and manage inventory and food costs.
- Develop and implement new menu items and train and mentor our culinary staff.
- Have a basic knowledge of cooking techniques in both a la carte and banquet settings and be able to carry out tasks in both planned and troubleshooting scenarios.
- 3 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in a supervisory position.
- Some wine and fine food knowledge is helpful.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
