Job Title: Speech Therapist

Job Summary:

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech Therapist to join our team and provide support to a school district in Connecticut. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with students to develop and implement individualized communication plans to improve their speech and language skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized communication plans for students with speech and language disorders
  • Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions to students
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement strategies to support students with speech and language disorders
  • Assess and evaluate student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
  • Communicate with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress and provide recommendations for continued support

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Pathology and Communication Disorders
  • SLP credential with ASHA CCC
  • Experience working with students with speech and language disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
