In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of commercial restaurant and food preparation equipment. This includes mixers, slicers, blenders, and other appliances. You will also be responsible for ordering supplies and spare parts as necessary to properly maintain the equipment under your care.

Your duties will include:
  • Troubleshooting and repairing commercial ice makers and ice dispensers
  • Maintaining commercial dishwashing and ware washing equipment
  • Repairing and maintaining gas and electric grills, ovens, stoves, and ranges
  • Repairing and maintaining commercial soft-serve ice cream machines
  • Repairing and maintaining commercial gas and electric fryers
