Clinical Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Manager to join our team at ECare Medical Group. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily management of the clinic, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional patient care.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and opportunities for professional growth and development.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Management: Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring that clinical staff are successfully completing their tasks and meeting key performance indicators.
- Operational Initiatives: Implement and coordinate operational initiatives, including IT infrastructure updates, administrative service provider coordination, and other strategic projects.
- Experience: 3+ years in a clinical or administrative leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve exceptional results.
