Job Overview

Createify Form is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Cashier to join our retail team. As a Cashier, you will play a key role in providing a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and answering questions or assisting with any inquiries.
    • Offer prompt, courteous service while maintaining a positive attitude.
    • Address customer complaints or concerns, escalating when necessary.
  • Transaction Processing:
    • Operate cash registers, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and other payment terminals efficiently.
    • Accurately handle cash, credit, debit, and other forms of payment.
    • Ensure accurate pricing and product scanning.
    • Issue receipts, refunds, and change as necessary.
  • Cash Handling:
    • Balance the cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of shifts.
    • Handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions accurately and securely.
    • Follow company policies on voids, returns, and exchanges.
  • Compliance:
    • Adhere to all store policies regarding cash handling, security, and theft prevention.
    • Maintain knowledge of store promotions, coupons, and loyalty programs.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
  • Basic math skills for calculating totals and handling cash.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
