Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect grain received to ensure it meets company standards.
  • Timely load and unload all ethanol, distillers grains, and other products by railcar and truck.
  • Properly complete all records related to products loaded for shipment from the plant site.
  • Submit work requests when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Monitor and report any mechanical issues with equipment.
  • Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic computer knowledge preferred.
  • Ability to operate utility vehicles.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Environment/Physical Demands

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent exposure to dust, noise, and outdoor weather conditions. The employee must be able to lift up to 60 pounds and work at heights.
