We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and delicious baked goods that meet our high standards of quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the total club meets the member's expectations.
- Plan and execute bakery productions, ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of bakery decorative designs.
- Work with a variety of products, including decorating bags, tips, and nozzles, to create decorative flowers and lettering on bakery items.
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management.
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment, and demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution.
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
- Drive the performance of the bakery area, ensuring quality and date control standards, eliminating waste, and preparing for seasonal events.
- Be a brand advocate by valuing the member's experience in Bakery and modeling high-quality service and products.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
