Healthcare Nursing Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our team at Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services. In this critical role, you will be responsible for leading and managing nursing staff to deliver exceptional patient care, while also driving operational excellence and continuous improvement.
Expected Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day guidance to nursing staff, promoting adherence to facility policies, regulatory requirements, and high standards of patient care.
- Support the Director of Nursing in strategic planning, goal setting, and program implementation.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for process enhancement.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to drive positive change and enhance patient outcomes.
- Mentor and develop nursing staff, providing coaching and training to enhance their skills and knowledge.
