Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Finance Analyst to join our team at Abb Holdings Inc. As an Operations Finance Analyst, you will play a critical role in leading and coordinating finance improvement projects across multiple plants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis and Reporting: Perform in-depth analyses of business operations and provide recommendations for improvement. Compile and analyze financial metrics to identify areas for cost reduction and process optimization.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to enhance financial performance and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive harmonization and standardization of cost accounting practices.
  • Financial Planning and Budgeting: Support the development of financial plans and budgets for operations. Provide financial expertise to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between finance and various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Provide financial information and insights to support business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience: Minimum of eight (8) years of accounting experience, preferably in a factory environment.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of SAP, preferably including SAP Torque, and Microsoft Office software applications.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
