The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking an academic Endocrinologist to join the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism. This is an academic position on the clinical track that emphasizes patient care for patients with thyroid nodules, thyroid cancer, and other thyroid disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care for patients with thyroid nodules, thyroid cancer, and other thyroid disorders.
- Instruct medical students, residents, and fellows in the field of endocrinology.
- Conduct basic or clinical research in the field of endocrinology.
- Participate in quality improvement activities and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines.
- MD or DO degree.
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Endocrinology.
- Qualify for academic appointment at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor level.
The Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism is a highly recognized clinical and research program in thyroid cancer, type 1 and type 2 diabetes, adrenal and pituitary disorders, metabolic bone disease, obesity, and women's health.
