Job Description

The Offices of Raich Law is seeking a licensed senior associate attorney with a minimum of three years of litigation experience in Nevada State and/or Federal Courts.

Our firm focuses on the business and personal needs of our clients, providing transactional and litigation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft Motions, Pleadings, Filings
  • Conduct Discovery
  • Draft Contracts, Agreements, and other Transactional Documents
  • Attend court hearings
  • Interviewing clients; on boarding clients; case management
  • Design creative ways to market our firm and services to retain clients
  • Supervise paralegals and/or legal assistants

Requirements:

  • Solid Writing Skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Law degree and Proper Licensing (in any state)
  • Proof the bar has been passed or transferred from another state to be able to Practice in NV (or in progress)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Trial Experience
  • Background in corporate/business law
