- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing or assembly environment, with a focus on process improvement.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD, and Minitab.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to train and coach others.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Project Management: Proven project management capabilities.
