We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Traveling Registered Nurse to join our team at IDR Healthcare. As a Traveling Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and locations, providing high-quality patient care and advancing your career.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Traveling Registered Nurse to join our team in Labor and Delivery. As a Traveling Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in Labor and Delivery, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
