As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide individualized care to patients based on their unique needs. You will be responsible for leading the collaboration of all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.

Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care to intermediate-level patients, including those undergoing solid organ transplants.
- Lead the collaboration of all disciplines to ensure well-coordinated patient care.
