Job Summary

Virtua Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team on a per diem basis. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough physical therapy examinations and evaluations to determine patient prognosis and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Provide evidence-based interventions to promote patient recovery and improve functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimize treatment outcomes.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of clinical and operational processes to improve patient satisfaction and outcomes.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive work environment.
