We are looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our Field Collections Team as a Field Collections Agent. This role is responsible for visiting customers at their home addresses to inquire about their past due accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit customers at their home addresses to inquire about their past due accounts
  • Evaluate past due account information and communicate effectively with customers regarding their account status
  • Update account information in real-time using a technical device
  • Use software to record conversations with customers and track outcomes
  • Process payments from customers using a technical device
  • Deliver notes and written correspondence to customers with past due accounts
  • Communicate with Call Center, Store, and Executive Office Management regarding customer account information, status, and results

Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Cooperative disposition and ability to work within structured parameters
  • Positive attitude
  • Desire to learn and develop professionally
  • Attention to detail and ability to reason and think quickly and effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Some experience in collections preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate
  • Availability to work Monday through Saturday between 8am and 7pm
