As a Store Operations Supervisor, you will assist in managing daily store functions alongside the General Manager. This position is vital in maintaining a well-organized store environment and ensuring that all team members are executing their responsibilities effectively and efficiently. The Supervisor is expected to lead by example, upholding all operational systems and procedures with complete integrity. A positive, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor is essential for success in this role.

Requirements:
  • Willingness to commit to a 40-hour work week.
  • Availability for both DAY and NIGHT shifts is mandatory.

  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Capability to perform, instruct, and train on all aspects of the Supervisor, Person in Charge (PIC), In-Shopper, and Delivery Driver roles as needed.
  • Aptitude for managing fast-paced store environments.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks with minimal oversight.
  • Willingness to mentor and manage team members regarding store operations.
  • Openness to provide feedback and suggestions to the General Manager.
  • Physical ability to lift 30-40 lbs. regularly throughout shifts.
  • Capacity to stand, bend, and reach during shifts.
