Overview:

Behavioral Concepts (BCI) is seeking a highly skilled ABA professional to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor. This role is ideal for an experienced candidate looking to build their leadership skills while working under the direction of a senior-level clinician. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to work with a well-established organization that provides high-quality services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Oversee a team of Behavior Technicians and clinical programs, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Parent Training and Education: Support parents in understanding and implementing behavioral interventions, promoting positive outcomes for their children.
  • Progress Reporting and Team Meetings: Write comprehensive progress reports and conduct regular team meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Supervision: Provide supervision in clinic and home settings, ensuring that services are delivered in accordance with BCI's high standards.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum one year of experience working with children with autism, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality services.
  • Certification: Eligible to sit for BCaBA (An undergraduate-level certification in behavior analysis).
  • Applied Behavioral Analysis: Prior experience with applied behavioral analysis, with a strong understanding of behavioral principles and interventions.
  • Training and Development: Demonstrated ability to train others, with a strong focus on professional development and growth.
  • Communication and Writing Skills: Strong communication and writing skills, with the ability to write comprehensive progress reports and communicate effectively with parents and colleagues.
