Crisis Intervention Case Coordinator

This Full-Time role involves approximately forty (40) hours of work per week within a supportive office environment at HealthWays Resource Center. The selected candidate will collaborate closely with the Program Coordinator to manage clerical and administrative responsibilities.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree is essential, alongside a minimum of one year of relevant professional experience, ideally within a healthcare context. A valid driver's license is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing essential resources and support to the community.
- Monitoring client cases, intervening during crises, and offering personal assistance.
- Facilitating engagement and support through prevention, treatment, and recovery services.
- Developing treatment programs by establishing schedules and routines.
- Enhancing staff competencies through training and development.
- Interpreting assessments and formulating actionable plans.
