Practice Overview

EssilorLuxottica is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Independent Optometrist to join our team. As an Independent Optometrist, you will have the opportunity to operate your own private practice, providing high-quality optometric care and services to patients while being supported by our company's resources and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye exams and vision care services to patients
• Develop and implement a business plan for your private practice, including marketing and financial strategies
• Manage the day-to-day operations of your practice, including staff supervision and patient care
• Collaborate with our company's resources and experts to stay up-to-date on the latest industry developments and best practices

Compensation

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
