Key Responsibilities


Exhibits the knowledge and competencies necessary to provide care tailored to the age of the patients served, in alignment with Trinity Health standards.

Assesses and prioritizes components of a thorough evaluation to ascertain patients' holistic health status continuously.


Effectively utilizes the nursing process to identify actual and potential health issues, developing and implementing care plans for complex patients, specific to the age demographics identified within the department/unit scope of service, consistent with departmental standards.

Ensures timely, accurate, and clear documentation in the medical record in accordance with hospital policies.

Implements nursing interventions and modifies care based on patient condition changes, consultations with other healthcare professionals, and the needs of patients and families.

Fosters and maintains a safe and serene environment for complex patients by ensuring the availability of necessary supplies, equipment, and services.

Minimum Qualifications

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Active RN license

Must obtain Basic Life Support certification within 3 months of employment
