We are seeking a skilled Baker/Cake Decorator to join our team at 85C Bakery Cafe. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for creating high-quality baked goods and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Decorate and package baked goods to meet our high standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Perform daily operations, including baking, decorating, and packaging.
- Collaborate with the store management team to ensure seamless operations.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a bakery or food service environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
