Job Title: Registered Nurse - Cardiac PCU

Mass General Brigham is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in the Cardiac Progressive Care Unit (PCU). As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

About the Role:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the Cardiac PCU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement comprehensive care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
  • Participate in unit-based and organizational quality management and quality improvement programs to ensure the highest level of patient care.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an approved school of nursing with current registration in Massachusetts.
  • Current cardiovascular nursing experience preferred.
  • Ability to work weekend rotation per the MNA contract.
