Grill Cook

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Eurest - Constellation Generating Station. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our customers.

• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
• Serves customers in an efficient, friendly manner, following established steps of service and meeting outlined standards.
• Uses established ticket-collection procedures during service and is responsible for records from the area worked during service periods.
• Prepares food according to established recipes and production standards, ensuring proper quality, serving temperatures, and standard portion control.
• Cleans, sanitizes, and maintains all assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure sanitation standards are met.
• Resolves customer concerns and reports relevant information and concerns to the supervisor.
• Attends in-service and safety meetings and maintains good working relationships with coworkers, customers, administrators, and managers.
• Performs job safely while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
