Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, prioritizing individualized attention and support.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop effective care plans to meet patient needs.
- Communicate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Respond promptly and accurately to changes in patient condition or response to treatment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide general nursing care with adequate supervision.
- Cross-train to Med Surg to enhance skills and adaptability.
- Current State of MI RN license.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- STABLE and NRP certification within 6 months or next available course.
- OB nursing experience preferred.
