ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a highly skilled Behavior Specialist to join our team in a school setting.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist and be certified as a BCBA. The successful candidate will oversee and assist behavior technicians and interdisciplinary team members, perform functional behavior assessments (FBAs), and design behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

The candidate will work closely with therapists and educators to ensure cohesive care, maintain precise documentation, and promote effective communication. Compensation for this position will vary from $40 to $50 per hour, depending on experience.

To be considered for this position, applicants must have a Masters Level Degree and prior experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
