We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Assembler to join our team at IMSAR. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will play a critical role in building high-performance radar systems for unmanned and manned aircraft.
About the Role:- Assist in the assembly of radar systems and sub-assemblies
- Work closely with our engineering team to ensure high-quality products
- Monitor the quality of assembled parts and components, and report nonconformities
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, and adhere to company safety policies
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to read and write in the English language
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and other manufacturing equipment as needed
- Prior experience in mechanical trades, manufacturing, or assembly
- Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematic drawings, and engineering instructions for assembly electro-mechanical systems
- Providing technical assistance and resolution when problems are encountered before, during, and after assembly
