Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients, taking into account their unique needs and goals.

- Collaborate with other members of the Private Banking team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow our client base.
- Manage and mentor a team of relationship managers, providing them with guidance and support to ensure they are meeting their sales targets and providing excellent client service.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform our business strategy and ensure we remain competitive.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in Private Banking, with a proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of relationship managers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement comprehensive financial plans for clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
