About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Home Health Care team at EHM Senior Solutions. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and Evaluate Patient Needs: Regularly re-evaluate patient nursing needs to ensure the highest level of care and support.
  • Develop and Implement Care Plans: Initiate the plan of care and make necessary revisions as patient status and needs change.
  • Provide Health Education and Support: Provide health care instructions to patients as appropriate per assessment and plan of care.
  • Conduct Routine Visits: Visit clients routinely to observe and evaluate each client's physical and emotional status.
  • Maintain Confidentiality: Maintain the confidentiality of all client care information.
  • Ensure Quality Care: Monitor nursing care to ensure that all clients are treated fairly, with kindness, dignity, and respect.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Home Care is preferred.
  • Licensure: Valid RN License is required.
