Position Overview:
LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions is currently in search of experienced A&P Mechanics specializing in corporate jet maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a variety of mechanical tasks on aircraft and associated systems.
- This includes, but is not limited to, the removal and installation of panels and components, as well as performing repair and sheet metal work.
- Conduct troubleshooting and assessment of aircraft systems as needed.
- Carry out inspections and evaluations of aircraft and its components.
- Facilitate aircraft movement and assist with performance runs and taxiing when necessary.
- Maintain and repair the shop facilities, equipment, and tools as required.
- Work independently on assigned projects.
- Perform any additional job-related tasks as directed by supervisors or management.

Qualifications:
- Must possess experience in corporate aircraft repair and modifications.
- Comprehensive knowledge of FARs 43, 65, 91, 135, and 145 is essential.
- An active Airframe and Powerplant Certificate is required.
- Candidates must have the necessary tools for the position.
- Willingness to undertake various functions and duties as assigned by management is a must.
- Flexibility to work any shift and overtime as requested.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site is necessary.
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check is mandatory.
