About the Role:
- As an Orthopedic Physical Therapy Resident, you will coordinate and deliver physical therapy services under the guidance of experienced mentors, focusing on orthopedic physical therapy and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients and patient groups.
- You will participate in a one-year residency program, rotating through established educational programs as assigned by the department/Residency Program Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily coordination and delivery of physical therapy services, including developing and implementing treatment plans for patients with various orthopedic conditions.
- Participating in clinical mentorship and education programs, ensuring continuous learning and professional growth.
Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program, preferably with experience in orthopedic physical therapy.
- Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of South Dakota is required.
- This position requires a valid driver's license.
Compensation and Benefits:
- The hourly rate for this position is $33.50 per hour, with actual hourly rates dependent on experience.
- Paid Time Off (PTO) available on Day 1 and options for free health insurance.
