Your Role:

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will provide essential cardiopulmonary care under physician supervision to patients across all age groups. You will adhere to compliance standards and engage in exceptional customer service, ensuring respectful interactions with all individuals.

Your Contributions to the Team:

· Administer routine and advanced respiratory treatments, including aerosol and oxygen therapies, in line with established protocols.
· Assess and monitor patient progress, recommending adjustments to care plans based on clinical evaluations.
· Educate and support patients throughout their treatment journey, addressing any side effects and modifying therapies as necessary.
· Foster a positive environment that promotes quality care, team development, and high morale.
· Initiate and manage mechanical ventilation as directed by a physician, utilizing evidence-based practices to optimize patient outcomes.
