Position: Professional Engineer (Civil)

Location: Hybrid

Reporting Structure: Reports to the Owner

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Professional Engineer for organizational licensing requirements
  • Evaluate civil engineering plans
  • Assess testing reports and photographic documentation
  • Certify and seal as-built documentation for stormwater facilities
  • Validate and seal stormwater maintenance documentation
  • Certify and seal applications for performance bond reductions
  • Seal and certify additional civil engineering documents as required
Required Qualifications:
  • Must hold a valid P.E. license in VA, DC, and MD, with preference for candidates licensed in DC, MD, VA, WV, PA, NC, or DE
  • Eligibility to work legally in the United States is mandatory
  • A minimum of one year of experience in civil engineering or a related field is required
  • Fundamental understanding of the land development design process is essential
  • Experience with land development projects is preferred
