About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized Branch Manager to join our team at National Tank & Equipment. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our branch, including managing employees, rental equipment, and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rental Equipment Management: Oversee the coordination of all rental equipment inventory, accounting, deliveries, services, and pickups.
  • Cost Management: Monitor costs and revenues, P&L, man-hour budgets, and projections to meet expected financial goals.
  • Talent Development: Manage the retention and hiring of Branch staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, performance appraising, and disciplining employees.

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year (estimated)

Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial/industrial/oilfield equipment rental and service, with at least 2 years of management experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and ability to work well under pressure.
