Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented GME Coordinator to join our Critical Care Service team at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. The successful candidate will assist in all aspects of the Residency Rotator Program and Fellowships, ensuring seamless coordination and communication with internal departments and external groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer questions from prospective applicants and review applications to recommend candidates for interview
  • Coordinate and arrange interviews with candidates and faculty members
  • Onboard new joiners, including orientation, housing, MSK systems, paperwork, and training programs
  • Communicate with internal departments and external groups, such as other hospitals, regarding rotating and joint programs
  • Coordinate semi-annual and annual review processes, including evaluation collection and administration
  • Manage database of paperwork and documentation to deliver information to program leadership
  • Coordinate and facilitate program meetings, special functions, and learning labs, and write and distribute minutes
Requirements
  • Familiarity with hospital and healthcare environments, with GME experience preferred
  • Familiarity with software tools, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and email/calendars, and ability to use social media
  • Experience with organizational and administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing expense reports, and maintaining confidentiality
