Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Endocrinologist to join our team as a Medical Director in an outpatient setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care and management in an outpatient setting.
- Collaborate with the medical staff and attend team meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in shared call with four other physicians, providing coverage for after-hours emergencies and urgent situations.
- Educate patients on disease management and treatment options, promoting health literacy and empowerment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to regulatory requirements and standards of care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality metrics, and practice efficiency.
- Promote professional growth and development among team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Requirements:
- Board certification in Endocrinology (ABIM) or relevant specialty experience.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively engage with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Aptitude for data analysis and quality improvement initiatives, with experience in implementing changes that drive positive outcomes.
