Key Responsibilities
  • Food Service: Utilize proper food handling and food service techniques to ensure the highest quality of service to our residents.
  • Customer Service: Take meal/drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner, ensuring resident satisfaction.
  • Food Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of all specials and general description of all food items, explaining to residents or guests as needed.
  • Cleanliness and Maintenance: Maintain assigned tables and surrounding areas in a complete state of cleanliness, appearance, and readiness, following daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning schedules.
  • Team Support: Assist with orientation and training of new food servers, practicing all safety and loss prevention procedures.
  • Setup and Cleaning: Set-up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards.
  • Appearance and Hygiene: Maintain or exceed standards of appearance, cleanliness, personal sanitation, and hygiene.
  • Opening and Closing Checklist: Perform and complete opening and closing checklist criteria.
  • General Support: Assist in dining room and surrounding areas for proper directional flow, organization, and supplies placement.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in fine dining preferred, or a willingness to learn.
